# How to Make It:

02 - Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean work surface.
03 - Spread a thin, even layer of the prepared mixture over each tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
04 - Evenly layer sliced turkey breast over the spread on each tortilla.
05 - Place provolone cheese slices evenly atop the turkey layers.
06 - Distribute baby spinach leaves and red bell pepper strips evenly over the cheese.
07 - Starting from one edge, roll each tortilla tightly to form a log shape.
08 - Trim the ends of each rolled tortilla and cut into 4 equal pinwheels with a sharp knife.
