12 - 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
13 - Juice of 1 lime
14 - Pinch of salt

15 - 8 large butter lettuce leaves (or romaine hearts)
16 - 1 small avocado, sliced

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
02 - Combine olive oil, lime juice, ground cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Coat chicken breasts evenly with the mixture.
03 - Grill chicken breasts for 6 to 7 minutes per side until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
04 - In a medium bowl, combine diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, minced jalapeño (if using), chopped cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Toss gently to combine.
