01 - 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
02 - Add melted butter, flour, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms. Knead for 8 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
03 - Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
04 - Mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, Parmesan, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
05 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
06 - Punch down the risen dough and divide into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a 10-inch circle.
07 - Place one circle on the baking sheet. Spread one-third of the garlic butter filling evenly over it. Repeat layering with remaining dough circles and filling, ending with the final dough circle on top.
08 - Place a small cup in the center without cutting through it. Cut the dough into 16 equal strips radiating from the cup. Take two adjacent strips, twist them away from each other twice, then pinch ends together. Repeat with all pairs to form a star.
09 - Cover with a towel and let the shaped dough rise for 15 minutes.
