# How to Make It:

01 - Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard in a medium bowl until smooth; season with salt and black pepper.
02 - Lay one tortilla flat and evenly spread one-quarter of the cream cheese mixture over the surface, leaving a half-inch border around the edges.
03 - Layer smoked turkey slices over the spread, then sprinkle diced red bell pepper, julienned cucumber, grated carrot, and chopped chives evenly on top.
04 - Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up for slicing.
05 - Repeat the spreading, filling, rolling, and chilling with the remaining tortillas and filling mixture.
