04 - 2 limes
05 - 2 lemons

# How to Make It:
01 - Wash all citrus fruits thoroughly to remove any residues.
02 - Slice off both ends of each fruit. Stand upright and carefully remove the peel and white pith by following the curvature.
03 - Cut each citrus fruit into thin, even rounds about 1/4 inch thick, removing seeds as necessary.
04 - On a large platter or wooden board, arrange citrus slices in overlapping rows or a garland shape, alternating colors and varieties for visual impact.
05 - Tuck fresh mint leaves intermittently between citrus slices to add contrast and freshness.
06 - Sprinkle pomegranate arils evenly over the top if desired.
07 - Lightly drizzle honey or agave syrup and finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt to enhance flavors.
08 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve; best enjoyed the same day.
